I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was wonderful and provided excellent service throughout my visit. They were helpful and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The hotel facilities were top-notch - the building was new and well-maintained. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable. The location in this city was perfect - it was in a commercial area with easy access to transportation. Moreover, the hotel offered convenient parking for guests. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from.
Can't think of anything.

Hotel Staff were really nice, very attentive and friendly!
We did not like the hotel. The room is not comfortable. For the same price we could have stayed in a much better place. It does not feel like a hotel. No service at all, no room service, no extra keys, no shampoo or changing towels, nothing, its just a simple apartment, that's it. The window curtains are really bad, therefore the room stay very bright during morning hours, also the bed sheets and pillows are bad. With some small changes the hotel could be much much better but under these current circunstances I do not recommend.......... You also have to give them a safe deposit during check in. As I said for the same $ amount you can stay in a much better place. P.S. Be VERY careful with taxi drivers in Buenos Aires... We got scammed many times by them... Overral the city is nice...

Lugabe I Lavalle was 2 blocks from the Subte (metro) line. The one bedroom apartment was fairly large and had a bath and one half which was nice for couples. The air conditioning worked wonderfully which is important in the summer. Their is a small plunge pool on the terrace. There was someone at the desk at most times to greet and assist you. When you pressed your concerns, the staff tried as best they could to meet your concerns. When a prearranged taxi to the airport failed to arrive the staff found a new one at the same rate for us in fifteen minutes. A moldy shower curtain was replaced immediately and a supervisor authorized new sheets and towels for us on day ten of our stay.
The apartment has seen better days as everything is well worn including the mended sheets. The appliances are old (tube TV, gas stove you light with a pan for making toast under the broiler). You are to get fresh linens and cleaning once a week but do not count on it if there is a holiday. We had to demand new linens on day 10 because there was a two day festival on a Monday and a Tuesday and our cleaning day was Monday. The area around the apartment is a working class neighborhood with lots of bead and inexpensive souvenir shops. Garbage goes out on the street throughout the day in piles and is picked up each night but one has to watch their step for the piles and leavings from the dogs and other higher order mammals. The location was not representative of the "Paris of South America" more like the "Metro Detroit of South America".

The apartments are located in a bustling commercial area, perfect for those who enjoy being surrounded by shops and activity. With a large shopping center just a few blocks away, guests can easily access everything they need. the subway stations nearby provide convenient transportation options for exploring the city.
The area can become quiet and lacking in amenities during the evenings and weekends, with limited restaurants and shops open.

The apartments were very modern and clean. I appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. the location was very central and close to shopping centres and metro stations, making it easy to explore the city.
The area around the apartments was not the best and could be noisy and hectic during the week. the beds were not the most comfortable and could benefit from an upgrade.

The pool and the new, modern apartments were a great start to my Christmas vacation. , the location was very central with a large shopping center and subway station nearby. And the staff were helpful, which made me feel welcome.
I had an uncomfortable stay at the apartment. the kitchen pots and pans were in poor quality, which made it challenging to cook.
